Spellbound Bots uses playful engineering to build accessibility, resilience, and educational opportunities for the next generation.

We build kid-centered accessibility solutions to children with disabilities at no cost to families, bring high-energy robotics to children facing serious illness or hardship, and expand STEAM access through free competitions, mentorship, and outreach in underrepresented communities.

Our Story

SpellBound Bots was started by competitors on the TV show BattleBots (Discovery Channel, Max). Our programs are rooted in the same “playful engineering” spirit you see from Team Witch Doctor.

We set out to create accessible and engaging robotics programs to ignite a life-long love of learning.

We unite world-class engineers and builders to provide kid-centered accessibility solutions that foster independence and expand opportunities for children with disabilities - at no cost to families.

Playful, engaging designs help children feel excited and confident—not defined by clinical-looking equipment.

We bring engaging, high-energy robotics to children facing life-threatening or life-altering circumstances. We spark imagination, encourage connection, and provide moments of joy, empowerment, and escape.

We are committed to expanding access to STEAM education for underrepresented communities through outreach, workshops, mentorship, and scholarships.
